This position is for an individual with administrative and/or operational experience in a science or technology setting (biotechnology is preferred). This person should have experience of performing administrative tasks to support a research group. Basic responsibilities include: supporting company executives in daily operational activities, collecting and maintaining record keeping documents, supporting staff members on administrative and operational needs, and performing other general clerical duties, including but not limited to coordinating appointments of external business partners, and scheduling and preparing events and activities.

The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude in supporting scientific staff and managers.

Key requirements:

  • Must be well organized and a good communicator.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Pay attention to details and can multi-task.
  • Be proactive with reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • College education preferred (not required).


  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or operational role.
  • Demonstrated experience of quick learning skills.
  • Must be a team player and well organized.
