Chelsea Johnson, RN, joined Phanes Therapeutics as Senior Director, Clinical Science and Operations. Ms. Johnson supports clinical development and serves as the lead for the clinical operations team for advancing Phanes clinical studies and managing relationships with the clinical sites.

Ms. Johnson has over 15 years of experience in clinical development and clinical operations, from early phase to expansive global studies. She has spent over 10 years in oncology, as a clinical lead, running phase 1/2 trials in both the hematologic malignancy and solid tumor space. Prior to joining Phanes, she worked at Arch Oncology as Senior Director of Clinical Science and prior to that, she worked at Xencor serving as Director of Clinical Science and Clinical Trial Manager.

Ms. Johnson earned her B.S in Nursing from Arizona State University and worked as a registered nurse providing patient care for several years before entering into clinical development.
